If for any reason you are not entirely delighted with any product that you buy from PYRAMID UK TRADING LTD, just send it back any time within 30 days of the order date and we will be happy to exchange it for an item of equivalent value or give you a credit against any item of higher value.
This is in addition to the excellent manufacturers guarantee, and of course does not affect your statutory rights in any way. To qualify for this extra guarantee, goods must be returned unused and in good re-saleable condition including original, undamaged packaging. If the returned item seems to have been used and it's packaging found to be damaged or ripped, we will not be able to offer you a refund for both outbound and inbound postage and a re-stocking fee of up to 10% of the order total may be deducted from your refund total. We would advise you to open and repack packages carefully, avoiding brown and black packaging tapes. |
If you decide to return an item, you must contact us ASAP and a written (e-mail) request to return the item must also be submitted to us. Upon Confirmation from our store, you may return the goods to following address;
